Account Director, Talent Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking an Account Director for Talent Solutions to act as a trusted adviser for mid‑market customers. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with office days, and focuses on delivering value, growing accounts, and ensuring customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Research customers’ businesses, prepare insights, and ask layered questions to uncover objectives and challenges.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer organisation and adapt communication style accordingly.
• Lead with solutions, not products, and drive decision‑making by aligning value propositions with customer goals.
• Use data and insights to support investment recommendations, mitigate churn risk, and optimise ROI.
• Plan territory and accounts, forecast, and achieve quota while following CRM best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of quota‑carrying, customer‑facing sales or account management experience.
• 5+ years selling SaaS, CRM platforms, software or consulting solutions.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, forecasting and communication skills.
