Account Development Associate (Korean Speaker)

About the role

Join Fever's B2B division, Fever for Business, to drive corporate ticket sales and build partnerships. You will manage the full sales cycle for group ticket sales, from inbound interest to payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage inbound and outbound pipeline for corporate ticketing.
• Close group ticket sales, handling qualification to payment receipt.
• Develop outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximise conversion.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers and Sales teams to align campaigns.
• Track and report KPIs such as SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university or business school.
• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in media or events.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English and Korean; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Data‑driven decision making and ability to craft presentations and pitch materials.
