2027 Graduate Human Resources - Organisational Psychology

About the role

Rio Tinto is recruiting graduates with an Organisational Psychology degree or similar to join its People Experience team in Brisbane, starting in March 2027. The role is based in the Brisbane CBD office and gives exposure to different areas of the People function, including talent acquisition and recruitment, HR advisory, employee relations, remuneration, global mobility and benefits.

The two-year Graduate Program develops foundational and future-focused skills while helping shape the company from within.

Required profile

• Organisational Psychology degree or similar
• In final year of study or recently graduated with less than 2 years of relevant work experience, ready to start in March 2027
• Right to work in Australia or New Zealand (citizens, permanent residents, student or postgraduate work visa holders)
