2027 Graduate - Human Resources Data

About the role

Rio Tinto is recruiting graduates for its 2027 Graduate Program in Human Resources Data, based in the Brisbane CBD office. The HR - Data Sciences function supports 46,000 employees across about 36 countries and operates out of three business hubs in Brisbane, Perth and Montreal. The program runs over two years and focuses on developing foundational and future-focused skills.

Required profile

• Human Resources, Data Science, Data Analytics, Data & Insights degree or similar; dual degree in HR/Data Science ideal but not essential
• Final-year student or recent graduate with less than 2 years of relevant work experience, ready to start in March 2027
• Right to work in Australia or New Zealand (citizens, permanent residents, student or postgraduate work visa holders)
