Industrial Recruitment Consultant

About the role

HOBAN Recruitment is looking for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant in Brisbane. You will take ownership of a warm desk with established clients and active job orders, building strong client partnerships, growing revenue and creating your own success story. The business expects significant growth across Queensland over the next 18+ months.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and maximise existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities within current accounts
• Manage temporary and permanent recruitment across industrial, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and blue-collar sectors
• Source, interview and place quality candidates
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Build talent pools and maintain strong candidate networks
• Manage onboarding, compliance and placement administration
• Deliver service that drives repeat business and referrals

Required profile

• Ideally recruitment experience in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, trades, construction or blue-collar recruitment
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills
• Takes ownership and enjoys building long-term client relationships
• Motivated by targets, performance and financial rewards
• Wants to grow a successful desk rather than just service one

What we offer

• Salary of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and bonus
