About the role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as a part‑time Zone Manager, overseeing the MECCA Robina store in Queensland. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Lead from the front, communicating goals and upskilling staff.
- Motivate the team to meet KPIs and uphold company values.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large retail teams.
- Passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach team members.
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
