Transport Allocator – Perth Airport

About the role

Centurion is looking for an experienced Transport Allocator to join its fast‑paced Transport Operations team at Perth Airport. The role involves managing daily scheduling, allocation and operational updates for drivers and prime movers while ensuring safe, compliant and efficient transport across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day scheduling, allocation and operational adjustments for Prime Movers and drivers.
• Support short‑ and long‑term operational planning and service coverage across multiple facilities.
• Arrange maintenance scheduling to maintain a safe and compliant fleet.
• Maintain operational records and spreadsheets, monitoring driver hours, fatigue levels and truck availability.
• Collaborate with scheduling teams to manage operational changes and sustain service coverage.

Required profile

• Previous experience in transport operations, allocation, scheduling or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of commercial driver fatigue guidelines and transport compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and planning or scheduling software.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
