About the role

Join Team Global Express as an Owner‑Driver Delivery Partner and take control of your own business while delivering freight across Sydney and surrounding regions. You will operate your own prime mover, collect and deliver general and containerised freight, and provide top‑class customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect a variety of freight in the FCL rail business unit.
• Ensure freight is transported safely, securely and in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with road‑safety, fatigue‑management and chain‑of‑responsibility rules.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate schedule updates and delays with dispatch and operations teams.
• Meet agreed delivery timeframes and service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service at each stop.

Required profile

• Prime mover no older than 5 years.
• Vehicle meets Euro 5 emissions, equipped with 4‑way cab cameras, parking‑brake alarm system and trailer‑coupling risk‑reduction system.
• Strong knowledge of Sydney metro and surrounding areas.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Solid understanding of load‑restraint guidelines.
• Previous semi‑transport experience is essential.
• Valid ABN, full right to work in Australia and required insurance coverages.
