Speech Pathologist – Werribee Clinic

About the role

Join Early Start Australia’s allied health team at the Werribee clinic, delivering speech pathology services to children, young people and families across Australia. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, providing flexible, evidence‑based therapy in a variety of settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement tailored therapy programs, and deliver services in clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Manage a caseload of complex clients using a case‑management approach, maintain documentation, and ensure privacy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with allied health team members, develop group therapy and parent workshops, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Align therapy plans with NDIS funding, prepare reports for stakeholders, and support accurate invoicing.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology and registration with AHPRA and SPANDIS.
• Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid Certificate, and a valid driver’s licence with vehicle.
• Demonstrated experience in solution‑focused therapy, early intervention, and ability to engage with children, families and external stakeholders.

• Strong communication, organisational and observational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in the community and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
