Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced injury management professional to join our Perth team and guide clients back to work and daily life after physical or psychological injury. The role combines clinical expertise with innovative technology to deliver holistic rehabilitation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial needs assessments and gather detailed injury histories.
• Perform worksite assessments, job task analysis, ergonomic assessments and activities of daily living (ADL) evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health practitioners through case conferences.
• Develop and implement short‑term and long‑term rehabilitation plans, including progressive return‑to‑work strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
• Full registration with AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA and at least 12 months experience in a similar role (or 2+ years clinical experience).
• Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Familiarity with virtual reality technology for rehabilitation.
