Sales Consultant – New Car (BMW)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our New Car team at Castle Hill BMW. You will support the sales team, learn the BMW range and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the New Car sales team.
• Learn and promote the BMW brand and its vehicle range.
• Identify and understand customer needs to match them with suitable models.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Consistently exceed customer expectations and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous automotive sales experience, preferably with prestige brands.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
• Proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Commitment to grow with the brand and company.
• Well‑presented, charismatic and appreciative of the luxury market.
• Pro‑active, positive and professional approach.
• Current driver’s licence.
