Recruitment Lead – One‑of‑a‑Kind Opportunity

About the role
This isn’t a standard recruitment role. You’ll own end‑to‑end talent acquisition across a diverse mix of roles and locations, influencing how talent is attracted, selected and retained.
Key responsibilities
- Own recruitment end‑to‑end with a focus on quality, compliance and candidate experience.
- Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, candidates and the broader business.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas.
- Manage compliance aspects such as WWCC checks, vaccinations and other role‑specific requirements.
- Help create momentum in a sometimes slower‑moving environment.
Required profile
- Experienced internal recruiter with a strong understanding of compliance.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to gain trust across the organisation.
- Highly organised, compliance‑driven and commercially curious.
- Comfortable recruiting for a diverse range of roles and locations.
- Professional, proactive and willing to roll up sleeves.
