Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer who can take ideas from sketch to shipped product, creating software that feels effortless and delightful for clinicians. The role focuses on building precise, cohesive experiences that let healthcare professionals spend more time with patients and less time fighting the interface.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design of specific features, from low‑fidelity frames to final pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, reviewing builds and ensuring visual quality matches specifications.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system, applying patterns rigorously and identifying gaps.
• Use AI‑powered tools (e.g., Figma AI, Claude Code) to generate variants, accelerate exploration, and refine concepts faster.
• Focus on fine‑grained details such as typography, spacing, motion, and micro‑interactions that differentiate good software from trusted software.

Required profile

• A portfolio that showcases component‑level craftsmanship and evokes an emotional response.
• Strong foundational design knowledge—typography, layout, colour, and component architecture.
• Passion for fixing broken patterns directly rather than filing tickets.
• Comfort working without a dedicated design‑system team or extensive research support.

Required skills

• Figma AI (or similar AI‑enhanced design tools).
• Claude Code (or comparable AI code‑generation tools).
