Senior Designer/Architect

About the role

As a Senior Designer/Architect you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality design solutions that blend creativity, functionality and technical excellence. You will develop innovative architectural concepts, prepare detailed documentation and ensure compliance with codes and standards throughout all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design options in collaboration with the design team.
• Prepare and edit detailed drawings, 3D models and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, stakeholders and sub‑consultants.
• Manage technical detailing, construction administration and documentation.
• Support project stakeholders and facilitate approvals from local authorities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of post‑registration experience as an architect.
• Master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• Professional registration as an architect (or equivalent internationally recognised registration).
• Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to take initiative.

Required skills

• Professional experience using Revit.
• Proficiency with Rhino.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite.
