Maintenance Manager

About the role

This part‑time hybrid position is based in Brisbane, Queensland, offering flexibility to work both on‑site and remotely. The Maintenance Manager will lead daily equipment and facility maintenance operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily equipment and facility maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage repair work and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maintain system functionality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in maintenance management and supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and ability to work independently.
• Experience in hybrid work environments.
• Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
