About the role
PERSOL is seeking qualified lawyers to join client firms across New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory. Candidates must be capable of working independently without direct supervision and will be placed in a range of practice areas.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation in the assigned practice area.
- Manage client matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft relevant documents.
- Collaborate with senior counsel and support staff as needed.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer eligible to practice in Australia.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
- Willingness to be based in any of the listed states.
- Interest in one of the following areas: Commercial Law, Wills & Estates, Litigation & Disputes, Family Law, Employment Law, Personal Injury.
