About the role
Join the Early Start Australia Graduate program as a Speech Pathologist and work within a close‑knit allied health team delivering early intervention services to children and families.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver speech pathology assessments and evidence‑based therapy to children, supporting communication and independence.
- Develop individualised therapy plans aligned with family goals and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams using a transdisciplinary approach.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports and NDIS‑related records.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology and registration with appropriate professional bodies.
- Current Driver’s License, vehicle, Working with Children Check and NDIS worker screening.
- Strong communication, organisational and report‑writing skills.
Required skills
- Accredited first aid and CPR certification.
