Receptionist – Multi‑site Clinic

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join Lifecare Physiotherapy’s team across several clinics in Western Australia. In this role you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling phone enquiries, scheduling appointments and ensuring the front‑of‑house runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond to patient queries.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Process payments, issue invoices and perform daily banking reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, tidy waiting area, treatment rooms and kitchen, and manage stock replenishment.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry and supporting clinic staff.
• Provide coverage across multiple sites (Kingsway, Joondalup, Prendiville, Wembley) as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a people‑first mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.
• Experience in reception, customer service or administrative roles; medical experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with booking or practice management software (e.g., Nookal).
