Join the brand‑new MECCA store in Belconnen as a Fragrance Specialist, helping customers discover scents that reflect their individuality and delivering memorable experiences from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised scent consultations and expert recommendations for body and home fragrances.
• Assist customers throughout the store to ensure an exceptional overall experience.
• Support special occasions such as wedding fragrance consultations.

Required profile

• Passionate about fragrance with strong knowledge of top, middle and base notes.
• Ability to create memorable moments and build genuine connections with customers.
• Team‑spirited, inclusive attitude and a can‑do approach.

Required skills

• Proven experience in fragrance retail or related field.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
