About the role
This senior Executive Assistant position supports a Managing Director within a globally recognised premium lifestyle brand. The role sits in the executive leadership team and ensures seamless coordination of diaries, communications, travel and stakeholder engagement across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars and schedule high‑priority meetings.
- Handle a high‑volume inbox, prioritising correspondence and drafting responses.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting packs and take minutes for leadership meetings.
- Liaise with global and regional Executive Assistants to align schedules and activities.
- Organise executive visits, stakeholder meetings and corporate events.
- Process expense reports, reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Support ad‑hoc projects, research tasks and executive workflow improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior EA or EA to a MD/CEO in a global or international environment.
- Polished written and verbal communication with strong presentation abilities.
- Exceptional diary and inbox management skills, with a focus on detail and standards.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders across regions.
- Experience travelling across time zones and managing related logistics.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI‑enhanced EA tools
