About the role
Join Place, Brisbane's largest real‑estate network, as an Executive Assistant supporting a high‑performing sales team. You will keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering top‑notch client service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars and appointments for the sales team.
- Handle phone calls and client enquiries professionally.
- Prepare listing and appraisal presentation kits.
- Assist with marketing activities, property launches and general administration.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day tasks to ensure seamless business operations.
Required profile
- Previous executive assistant experience, preferably within real estate.
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration preferred but not essential.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead.
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment.
