About the role
APM Group is looking for a proactive End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join its Digital and Infrastructure team. You will manage the deployment, optimisation and support of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and virtual desktop solutions, ensuring a secure and high‑performing digital workplace for users.
Key responsibilities
- Lead deployment, configuration and management of end‑user devices across the organisation.
- Deliver applications, patches, updates and software deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex EUC issues.
- Design and support VDI, DaaS and application‑virtualisation architectures.
- Monitor performance, capacity and security compliance, applying best practices for maintenance and optimisation.
Required profile
- 2+ years experience in End User Computing, Desktop Support or IT Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and mobile platforms.
- Customer‑focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Nerdio.
- Active Directory, Group Policy, identity management.
- VDI, Desktop‑as‑a‑Service, application virtualisation technologies.
