Casual Retail Support - Canberra North

About the role

Mondelēz International, which owns brands such as Cadbury, Oreo, Philadelphia, Belvita, Ritz and Toblerone, is hiring a casual retail support person for its Canberra North area. You will look after a set of stores and work with customers there. The role is casual with an average of 15 to 20 hours per week, with Wednesday to Friday availability preferred, and extra hours available during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and the sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively.
• Build product displays in line with standards and in the pre-agreed locations.
• Use point-of-sale displays to generate shopper interest in the products.
• Ensure products are always available on shelf and look for ways to help shoppers enjoy them.

Required profile

• Own vehicle covered by car insurance and a valid driver's licence.
• Experience in merchandising is highly desirable.
