Campaign & Regulatory Communications Analyst

About the role

The Customer Development team at ING connects millions of retail banking customers through timely, relevant, and personalised communications. This role focuses on delivering accurate, compliant messages across email, SMS, mobile, digital and direct mail channels while managing regulatory and risk requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and optimise customer communications across multiple channels, ensuring regulatory and compliance obligations are met.
• Manage end‑to‑end KYC, TDCDD, remediation and other regulatory communication journeys with accuracy and timeliness.
• Use data and insights to improve communication effectiveness, customer outcomes and engagement.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Product and Operations teams to ensure communications meet internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and continuously improve communication processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer communications, campaign delivery, marketing automation or regulatory/KYC environments.
• High attention to detail, strong risk awareness and experience working within structured governance and quality frameworks.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Exceptional SQL capability.
• Hands‑on experience building campaigns in Unica.
