Business Operations Manager

About the role

CrowdStrike is seeking a data‑driven Business Operations Manager to partner with executives and sales teams, delivering actionable insights that shape annual go‑to‑market planning, quarterly execution, and continuous improvement across the APJ region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to define key business metrics aligned with growth strategies.
• Facilitate sales forecasting and enforce opportunity management and Salesforce hygiene standards.
• Manage customer and transactional data, ensuring organization and accuracy.
• Prepare and present operational, strategic, and tactical reports to stakeholders.
• Provide data‑led insights on trends, gaps, and opportunities to drive plan execution.
• Lead onboarding and training for operational tools and processes.
• Partner with Revenue Optimization, CPQ, Deal Desk, Finance, HR, and Legal to enhance deal effectiveness and revenue optimization.
• Support APJ annual operating plan, capacity planning, and coverage model design.
• Identify improvement areas through root‑cause analysis and drive change initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Finance, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a quantitative discipline.
• Experience in high‑tech, SaaS, or security industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and detail‑oriented organizational skills.
