Business Development Executive

About the role

Linde Material Handling, part of the global KION Group, is seeking a Business Development Executive to join the sales team in Sydney or Melbourne. The role focuses on generating new business, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding presence across key customers in NSW and VIC.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow key accounts across NSW.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify key decision‑makers.
• Support sales growth in partnership with Business Development and Territory Managers.
• Develop customer‑focused proposals and solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, Administration or Management (desirable).
• Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to travel interstate as required.
