About the role
A hospitality hub in Melbourne, known for excellent coffee and warm service seven days a week, is looking for a skilled Barista. It operates as an all-day eatery serving guests from 7am through breakfast, then lunch and dinner. The role involves preparing around 100 coffees per day and assisting with soft drinks and alcoholic beverages as required.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Friendly, reliable and able to work well under pressure
- Open to working a rotating roster Monday to Sunday
Required skills
- Confident in latte art and high-volume coffee production
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
