Banking Consultant – Northern Suburbs Brisbane

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will work in branches across the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane delivering a seamless banking experience. You will help customers meet their financial goals through transaction support, needs‑based conversations and guidance on digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end banking services, including cash handling, account opening and product advice.
• Conduct in‑depth, needs‑based discussions to identify suitable financial solutions.
• Promote ANZ’s digital channels and educate customers on their use.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ and branch policies, including risk and AML requirements.
• Support branch operations, including occasional Saturday rostered shifts.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focus with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and act as a brand ambassador.
• Flexibility to work casual, part‑time or full‑time schedules across multiple locations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development in a changing banking environment.
