Banking Consultant – Customer Experience (Success WA)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, helping customers meet their full range of financial needs. You will combine transaction processing with needs‑based conversations and digital education to turn customers into strong advocates for ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end banking services, including transactions, advisory conversations and digital solution education.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative branch team.
• Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy through exceptional service.
• Support bank programs and initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with a retail banking background preferred.
• Comfortable using and promoting technology in a banking environment.
• Ability to conduct needs‑based conversations and provide tailored financial advice.
• Commitment to delivering on ANZ’s Customer Promises.
