About the role
The Assistant Manager will work alongside a Senior Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of customers in the health and property sectors. This role focuses on relationship management, portfolio growth, credit analysis, risk management, and delivering strong customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customers' business and financial needs.
- Provide suitable banking products and services that align with customer objectives.
- Maintain a well‑managed, compliant portfolio and oversee workflow controls.
- Collaborate with product partners and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support account maintenance, credit analysis, and risk management activities.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑relationship skills with a focus on delivering value.
- Ability to analyse financial information and assess credit risk.
- Attention to compliance and policy adherence.
- Effective communication and teamwork across product and stakeholder groups.
