Account Development Associate (Japanese Speaker)

About the role

Fever is looking for an Account Development Associate who will drive the pipeline for corporate ticketing, generate new revenue opportunities and manage the full sales cycle for group ticket sales. This role is focused on B2B entertainment services and requires fluency in English and Japanese.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business’ corporate ticketing offering.
• Manage and close group ticket sales opportunities from qualification to payment reception.
• Build and optimise outreach sequences, messaging and cadences to maximise engagement and conversion.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers and the Sales team to align campaigns and enhance commercial impact.
• Track and report key KPIs such as SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates and closed‑won revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university or business school.
• Strong interest in sales with proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in media or events.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an ambiguous environment.
• Fluency in English and Japanese; additional languages are a plus.
