Store Manager – Lower North Shore

About the role

Bailey Nelson is seeking experienced Store Managers for locations across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while partnering with an in‑store Optometrist.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire store staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales performance and consistently exceed targets.
• Foster a high‑energy, positive store culture.
• Collaborate with the Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical revenue.
• Maintain smooth, efficient store operations without compromising service quality.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level store management experience in optics or retail.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
