About the role

Our client, a reputable commercial and apartment developer in Victoria, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a six‑level apartment building in Parkdale. You will own on‑site delivery, ensuring safety, program adherence and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities on a multi‑storey apartment build.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and inspections.
• Drive safety, quality and program performance.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team.
• Maintain a professional, high‑performing site culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial/apartment or multi‑storey projects.
• Strong understanding of structure, services, façade and sequencing.
• Confident, hands‑on leadership style with a safety‑first mindset.
• Trade background or relevant construction qualification preferred.
