Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

Azeus Convene is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to lead the success of Australian clients using the Convene governance platform. You will own the full customer lifecycle, drive adoption, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, retention and expansion for a portfolio of Australian accounts.
• Maintain visibility of customer health, product usage, upcoming renewals, risks and growth opportunities.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and develop customer advocates for testimonials, case studies and referrals.
• Capture and communicate customer feedback to Product, Marketing and Sales teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers, drive retention, renewals and account growth.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders such as CEOs, Board members and governance professionals.

• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and pipeline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
