Sales Representative – Industrial Products & Lubrication Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Sydney. This field‑based B2B role focuses on developing new business opportunities and building long‑term relationships across various industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling and site visits.
• Meet face‑to‑face with owners, maintenance, workshop and operations managers and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored lubrication and reliability solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, negotiate and secure new contracts.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
