Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Channel Factory ANZ by managing an active client portfolio and uncovering new business opportunities in Sydney, working closely with senior sales leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management and growth of a book of business, focusing on client retention, renewal and incremental growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with agency contacts and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within agencies and direct clients.
• Contribute to client presentations, proposals and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings to build pipeline and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product and customer‑success teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Maintain account plans, monitor campaign performance and contribute to post‑campaign reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic sales or online advertising.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Existing relationships with agencies or clients is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
