Sales Executive – AI Solutions

About the role

IFS is seeking a high‑energy, consultative Sales Executive to drive new‑logo enterprise AI sales. You will work with regional field teams to prospect, qualify and close complex, high‑value AI deals across strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue net‑new sales opportunities within a focused list of strategic accounts.
• Lead value‑based customer discussions that demonstrate how AI reshapes industries and delivers fast business value.
• Engage executive stakeholders, presenting IFS AI solutions in boardroom settings and workshops.
• Partner with regional sales, industry specialists and solution teams in a matrixed go‑to‑market model.

Required profile

• Proven hunter with a track record of winning large, new‑logo enterprise sales and exceeding quota.
• Experience selling AI, machine‑learning, advanced analytics or related enterprise software solutions.
• Successful history of closing $500k+ ACV opportunities across multiple personas and executive levels.
• Deep knowledge of at least one core IFS industry (manufacturing, aerospace & defense, energy & utilities, telecom, construction, engineering services).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel, Excel Macros (VBA), MS Project and SharePoint.
• Strong business aptitude, financial analysis and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on detail and quality.
