Reservations Manager

About the role

The Reservations Manager oversees the Reservations department, leading both Sales and Service teams to maintain high standards of customer service. This role involves daily operations management, resource allocation, mentoring, reporting, and handling escalations while also supporting frontline tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily team operations, including resource allocation and performance reporting.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a responsive, caring, and sales‑driven culture.
• Handle escalations and ensure high‑quality customer service across calls and emails.
• Assist with frontline tasks such as responding to calls and emails.

Required profile

• Prior experience in the travel industry preferred but not required.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Background in reservations or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong administration skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservations/systems.
• Microsoft Office programs.
