Reservations Sales Executive

About the role

The Reservations Sales Executive is a key member of the Reservations team, acting as the primary voice for guests and partners. You will focus on sales conversion and delivering exceptional guest experiences while working both autonomously and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, high‑level guest service to build loyalty and strong partnership connections.
• Answer telephone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
• Convert enquiries by understanding product offerings, passenger demographics and following up diligently.
• Enter reservation details accurately into the system and maintain manifests.
• Compile and distribute accurate reports for management.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, reservations, administration or guest services.
• Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
