Project Manager – Ports

About the role

AECOM’s Ports & Maritime team in Brisbane is expanding and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary port and maritime infrastructure projects from planning through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ports and maritime projects, managing scope, programme, commercial performance and outcomes.
• Act as primary interface between clients, contractors, stakeholders and internal design teams.
• Coordinate technical teams across ports, marine, structural, coastal and civil disciplines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with port authorities, government agencies and private sector clients.
• Identify and manage project risks, interfaces and delivery challenges, providing proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Experience as a Project Manager, Design Manager or Senior Project Lead in ports, maritime or major infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary project delivery and complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven commercial, programme and risk management capability.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and lead diverse project teams.
