Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction

About the role

Design & Build is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end residential projects for a well‑established Melbourne builder. You will join a forward‑thinking, close‑knit team that values quality, collaboration and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of luxury residential projects valued up to $40 million, ensuring time, cost and quality excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors to ensure clear communication.
• Develop and manage project budgets to maximise value without compromising quality.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays.
• Lead, support and mentor Site Managers and project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager on high‑end residential projects valued above $10 million.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities with a focus on a positive work environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Building & Construction qualification, diploma or similar preferred.
