Procurement Manager – Wind Energy

About the role

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing goods and services to meet Goldwind’s wind energy project requirements, working closely with logistics, legal, commercial and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, recommend, approve and implement procurement and subcontracting strategies.
• Maintain market knowledge of supply‑chain options and competitor strategies.
• Manage framework and term agreements to maximise benefits.
• Coordinate tenders, evaluate submissions and recommend tenderers for inclusion in bid budgets.
• Support project teams during the delivery phase, including supply‑chain tendering, evaluation and contractor engagement.

Required profile

• 5+ years procurement experience in wind, power, construction or related industry.
• Experience with ports, transport, crane and install categories is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of contracts, schedules, documentation management and financial administration.

Required skills

• Negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with project office systems and scheduling software.
