About the role
Join Nike as a full‑time Athlete, delivering premium customer service and embodying the brand’s passion for sport. You will be the first point of contact for customers, creating memorable experiences in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer service and build strong relationships with shoppers.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date on the latest Nike releases.
- Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well‑stocked and organized.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Support the store in achieving key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience.
- Strong enthusiasm for the Nike brand and sports.
- High energy, sense of urgency and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible rotating schedules, including weekends.
