About the role
COS is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor for its store at Chadstone in Melbourne. The Sales Advisor greets customers, provides high-level service and helps create a welcoming shopping experience, working alongside the team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them throughout the shop, from the cash desk to the fitting rooms and shop floor
- Process deliveries and replenish stock
- Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor
Required profile
- Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in meeting customers' expectations
- Proactive and curious, seeking ways to improve everyday processes
- Honest, genuine, communicative, positive and open-minded
- Interested in fashion and trends, willing to learn and adapt, and collaborative and inclusive
- Previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have but not mandatory
