Enterprise Servicing Specialist

About the role

The Enterprise Servicing Specialist (ESS) is a key member of PayPal’s enterprise team, responsible for managing a portfolio of the company’s largest merchant customers. The role combines proactive consulting, issue resolution, and relationship building to help merchants fully leverage PayPal’s payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with merchants to understand their needs, provide timely responses, and conduct regular check‑ins to strengthen relationships.
• Communicate operational processes and product features clearly, sharing updates and soliciting feedback for service improvements.
• Handle standard client issues independently, configure accounts, monitor activity, and act as the primary contact for problem resolution.
• Identify growth opportunities within merchant accounts and contribute to retention by ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collect and share client feedback to drive continuous service enhancements.

Required profile

• 1+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong merchant relationships and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to use data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Experience managing complex merchant relationships and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
