Construction Project Manager – Hospitality (Melbourne)

About the role

Join a leading national hospitality property developer and operator as a Construction Project Manager in Melbourne. You will own the delivery of hospitality, food & beverage, hotel and property projects from concept through to handover, working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, builders and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects across the full lifecycle, from early design and planning to construction and handover.
• Appoint and manage consultants, contractors and suppliers, overseeing budgets, programmes, procurement and project risks.
• Coordinate design development and construction documentation while maintaining stakeholder relationships across development, operations and external partners.
• Oversee construction delivery to ensure projects meet quality, schedule and budget requirements.
• Handle multiple projects and locations throughout Australia.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong contractor and consultant management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
