Business Development Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

This is a solution‑led sales position focused on expanding strategic customer relationships for a global enterprise technology business. You will work closely with customers, partners and internal teams to understand operational challenges and deliver outcomes that drive long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account growth plans, identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers and manage complex sales cycles from engagement to contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes and maintain market awareness.

Required profile

• Proven success in B2B business development, enterprise sales or strategic account management, preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong commercial acumen, relationship‑building capability and experience selling solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Comfortable navigating complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders and partner networks.
