About the role
ANZ is seeking a Banking Consultant to join its Retail Banking team in Darwin. In this fixed‑term position you will deliver a seamless branch experience, helping customers meet their end‑to‑end financial needs and promoting digital banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct needs‑based conversations to recommend appropriate financial products.
- Educate customers on digital banking tools and services.
- Support branch operations, including occasional Saturday shifts.
- Act as a peer coach and role model within the team.
- Maintain compliance with ANZ policies and risk‑management requirements.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on advocacy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work rostered hours, including Saturdays.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.
