About the role
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager and based in our Perth office, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and performance of Acquire's IT infrastructure. You will support internal users, manage cloud and on‑premise services, and contribute to a scalable technology environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage Azure AD (Entra ID), Azure workloads and related cloud services.
- Configure and support endpoint devices via Microsoft Intune or equivalent MDM.
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot network components including switches, firewalls and VPN connections.
- Provide first‑ and second‑level support for hardware and software incidents.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions and access controls across all platforms.
- Oversee backup, recovery and business continuity processes.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including device provisioning.
- Maintain accurate IT asset registers and system documentation.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations and new technology rollouts.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in a System Administrator role.
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or related field (desirable).
- Strong written and oral communication skills for a business environment.
- Experience in a software company or multi‑site environment (desirable).
- Exposure to scripting with PowerShell for automation (desirable).
