GTM Engineer (Clay Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced GTM Engineer to join a fast‑growing enterprise SaaS company. The role sits at the intersection of go‑to‑market strategy and technical execution, where you will design and automate lead enrichment, account scoring and signal‑based outbound plays to feed qualified pipeline into the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the existing GTM stack and identify high‑leverage workflows to rebuild or ship.
• Design and ship complex Clay tables that combine multiple data providers, AI agents and webhook integrations.
• Connect Clay outputs to sequencers, CRM, Slack and BI tools to deliver clean, prioritized data to sales.
• Map buying committees, define ICPs and trigger events, and translate them into automated workflows.
• Own the inbound and outbound data layer end‑to‑end, ensuring SDR and AE teams trust the enrichment, scoring and routing logic.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years hands‑on experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps or Growth Engineering.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong proactive communication.
• Proven track record of building revenue‑focused automation in enterprise SaaS environments.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Clay, including complex table architecture, conditional logic, AI columns, custom JavaScript and HTTP API integrations.
• Deep understanding of ICP definition, account‑based outbound, buying‑committee mapping, intent data and signal‑based selling.
